Teaching Interests
Research methods and data analysis; international social work and social development; interprofessional education and practice; multicultural understanding and approaches to practice.
Research Interests
International social development and the role women play in these processes; multicultural/multinational gender studies, such as women's role during periods of war; women's health, broadly defined. Both quantitative and qualitative methods of inquiry are utilized but, given the focus of most recent research projects, participatory action research has been a primary method.
